We welcome people who have a genuine interest in photography at any level, from beginner to “expert” and embrace all systems: Film, Digital, Print, Slide, 35 mm and larger Formats.

Our activities include Meetings, Outings, Demonstrations, Discussions, Instruction, Exhibitions and Competitions. Courses for beginners are organised from time to time and Members get together on an informal one-to-one basis to improve their skills.

Meetings are held in the Wexford Arts Centre, at 8.00 p.m. every second Monday. If you think you might be interested, come along and give it a try for a few sessions before committing yourself. You are very welcome as our guest or if you are visiting Wexford, why not join us for one of our meetings?

1 - General Chat - Online Library?

I thought about that last night. Copyright law can in certain circumstances be circumvented if there is a reference made to the original author, the journal it came from (name, issue number & so on) and the title of the article naturally.

The medical fraternity have been citing articles written by others for years. Can't we? I mean photographers. Besides there's enough knowledge in the club for our own independent articles to be written backed up by cross referenced material.

I mean, why reinvent the wheel when you can avoid it, & you can only say things a certain way so many times. my idea is simply to make the club site a one stop shop for things photographic.

Going through some old stuff over the weekend and thought these might interest some of you. Mid nineties, power boat racing at Ferrycarrig. The cherry blossoms are long gone, of course somewhere will remember where.
